House of Principe, Berlin, Germany
House of Principe is conceived as a contemporary meeting place — a refined environment where culture, craftsmanship, and conversation converge. More than a bar, it is a cultural House that gathers a diverse crowd under a shared appreciation for quality, design, and meaningful experiences.
The ground floor unfolds as a double-height volume wrapped in softly smoked white patina walls, framed by sculptural copper arches that introduce warmth, rhythm, and a sense of place.
Within this architectural envelope rises the monolithic marble bar — a sculptural centerpiece that defines the identity of the House.

Above, the mezzanine level unfolds as a seating lounge overlooking the streets.
Here, coffee, wine, and whiskey are thoughtfully curated alongside dried fruits and artisanal pastries.
A sequence of overlapping and intersecting arcades shapes the underground cellar and gallery level. The design of this level dissolves the boundaries between cellar and exhibition space.
