The Ripple, Vouliagmeni, Greece
Nestled within the Athenian Riviera, in the area of Vouliagmeni, the development comprises 26 serviced private residences and 65 hotel suites, conceived as a refined hybrid between resort hospitality and coastal living.
The architectural composition unfolds through three sculpted volumes organised around a protected internal lagoon that becomes the heart of the scheme. Rather than imposing rigid orthogonal blocks, the massing adopts fluid geometries that soften the urban edge and create a seamless dialogue between built form and landscape. Terraces, water elements and planted layers weave throughout the site, reinforcing privacy whilst maintaining visual continuity.

The architectural composition unfolds as three sculpted volumes organized around a protected internal lagoon.
Rather than imposing rigid orthogonal blocks, the massing follows fluid geometries that soften the urban edge and establish a continuous dialogue between built form and landscape.
At the heart of the project lies a lagoon-style pool conceived not as a decorative element but as the primary spatial generator. The water body anchors the ensemble, shaping movement, views, and microclimate. Curved balconies and shaded walkways overlook the courtyard oasis, while swim-up areas, planted islands, and pergola structures create layered social zones that blur the boundary between private and communal life.
The permanent residences are positioned to ensure privacy, generous terraces, and uninterrupted orientation toward the courtyard or sea horizon.
The hotel suites are integrated within the same architectural language, maintaining cohesion while allowing operational flexibility. Together, they establish a refined coexistence between long-term living and short-stay hospitality.
