While meeting the fast-paced operational and development demands of a fintech organization, particularly one with unicorn status, the environment is designed to maintain a sense of tranquility.
Interspersed with arrays of smaller scale gardens with endemic Mediterranean plants, such as lavender, thyme, almond and olive trees, the atriums underline the sustainable character of the building.
From the brainstorming lounges and informal meeting areas to the auditorium, personal oasis spaces, the "Code Bites" restaurant in the ultra-bright atrium, the 360 degrees rooftop garden , the gym and the daycare center, Viva HQ embodies a commitment to people, ideas, talent, and collaboration.
The central atrium, bathed in ample natural light and adorned with lush greenery, serves as a versatile hub within Viva HQ.
Meeting rooms are enclosed with transparent glazing, encouraging collaboration while maintaining acoustic separation. Natural materials — terrazzo flooring, pale timber surfaces and soft upholstery — temper the technological character of the workspace.
Throughout, integrated planting systems allow greenery to infiltrate the interior, strengthening the dialogue between architecture and nature.
Sculptural vertical partitions composed of undulating white fins act as permeable boundaries, subtly zoning the office without disrupting openness.
The roof garden is conceived as the culminating gesture of the building’s transformation — a landscape intervention that elevates the headquarters beyond a conventional corporate environment.
Positioned above the renovated envelope, the rooftop becomes a horizontal extension of the workplace, transforming unused surface into a vibrant social and working space. Rather than functioning as a decorative terrace, it operates as an urban garden — a space of retreat, collaboration and informal exchange.
