Nestled in the vibrant Gazi neighborhood of central Athens, the building seamlessly integrates with the area's edgy and vibrant character. Surrounded by an array of bars, shops, cafés, and cultural landmarks such as the Benaki Museum and the former Gas Factory, the location thrives as a hub of artistic and cultural activity.
The transformation of an abandoned office building into a contemporary hotel with 20 studios and suites is an act of architectural regeneration. The project adopts adaptive reuse — choosing reinvention over demolition.

The project aims to provide an energy efficient urban hotel that aligns with Gazi’s artistic energy while contributing to environmentally responsible urban growth.
The design both contrasts with and complements the neighborhood's postindustrial heritage, merging urban sophistication with Gazi's diverse historical roots.
Originally an outdated office space, the building underwent a complete transformation into an urban hotel, now offering 20 contemporary studio and one-bedroom flats. The exterior features fluid, dynamic forms that stack gracefully on each level, while the aluminum-clad façade, resembling a barcode, creates a distinctive, modern identity.
