Located in the vibrant Gazi district of Athens, Gazi Vision transforms a former office building into a contemporary boutique hotel with 24 studios and suites. The project embraces adaptive reuse, favoring regeneration over demolition to reduce environmental impact.
Fluid, stacked volumes define the façade, while aluminium cladding reminiscent of a barcode creates a strong, contemporary identity. The design both contrasts with and complements Gazi’s post-industrial character, blending urban refinement with the area’s industrial heritage. Sustainable strategies and adaptive reuse underpin the transformation, aligning modern hospitality with the district’s vibrant artistic atmosphere.
