Nulius in Verba is a hideaway boutique hotel brimming with interest and intrigue on the steep mountains of Evritania in central Greece.
A singularly unique hotel filled with wit, whimsiness and effortless style. The 8 suites are designed to offer a diverse experience of the striking mountainscape.
The building, made of local stone, appears as a natural extension of the rock and resonates with mysticism and spirituality. Morphologically inspired by the remaining arched 17th century bridges of the area and their reflections on the water surface of the rivers, as well as the architecture of prominent neighbouring post Byzantine churches.
Each room offers wide sweeping views across the valley to the opposite mountains and the bordering hills.
At the heart of it all is the owner’s existing house, which echoes the traditional beauty of Evritania. This pristine corner of the village has been taken care of and protected by her family for years, and she aims at creating a visionary sustainable development.
The outdoor pool was conceived as an ethereal scenery as close as possible to the surrounding natural beauty. The lush landscape with mature trees and fragrant gardens, tempts visitors for a casual dip, which feels like wild swimming, as one skims over the ripples to the undulating views beyond with paintbrush cypresses, glimmering olive groves and ancient pine trees.
