The all-season country residence is situated in Porto Heli along the coast of mainland Greece. A few minutes away by boat from the cosmopolitan island of Spetses, Porto Heli exudes a strong island ambiance, making it a highly attractive holiday destination. At the same time, the lush nature of the Peloponnese offers year-round experiences to the visitors.

A large number of local people and tourists cross the sea everyday to work and explore the sites in both places. This borderline relationship is artfully reflected in the design of the residence where these local housing typologies of the two places are blended together creating a harmonious fusion that celebrates this unique location.

The main entrance of the house is easily accessible from the highest level of the plot. The upper level consists of three spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a wooden sculptural staircase leading to the ground floor level.
The ground floor is bright, open and expansive and features a series of living spaces, including an open-plan kitchen and dining room. A large window opening frames the view of the sea and blends the boundaries between the internal space and the outdoor lounge areas.
The outdoor areas are adorned with endemic plants and lush greenery, creating a natural oasis that enhances the residence's connection to its surroundings.
An inner courtyard enhances the natural ventilation and wind flow through the residence and serves an outdoor space for the guestrooms providing for privacy and independency from the rest of the house.

The interior design of the house blends harmoniously with the exterior of the residence. The use of natural materials and warm colors create elegant and cozy interior spaces.
