The project is located in the broader area of Pafos in Cyprus. It is one the biggest development schemes in the country and aims to become the first Energy Zero town in Cyprus and the third in Europe.
Pieris Architects designed a series of different housing typologies of different sizes that blend naturally to the environment and have an excellent energy efficiency performance while at then same time provide panoramic views towards the Mediterranean sea. The practice also won the competition to design the central square which is surrounded by a number of buildings, such as an art gallery and a craft center, coffee shops and restaurants, a supermarket, a gym as well a residence club.
The master plan was designed by UDS architects while another part of the residential area is designed by the partnership of “Kiriakis-Tobazis” Architects.
