Viva Wallet, Brussels

Situated within a contemporary Brussels business district, the Viva Wallet headquarters embodies a refined blend of corporate functionality and biophilic spatiality.

The interior spatial planning foregrounds an open-plan ethos, where generous daylight and unencumbered sightlines structure the workspace.

Floor-to-ceiling glazing along the perimeter allows abundant natural light to animate the interiors, while framing panoramic urban views that visually extend the working environment beyond its physical boundaries.

The material palette is deliberately restrained and refined: soft neutral floors, matte dark blue joinery, and pale wall surfaces create a calm, cohesive backdrop for activity. This minimalist canvas is punctuated with meticulously designed architectural interventions—integrated lighting systems with sculptural profiles, and purpose-designed millwork that anchors social and work zones without fragmenting spatial continuity.
Central to the design is an articulated biophilic strategy. Planters of varying scale define thresholds between work, meeting, and social areas, creating layered vegetative filters that soften and humanize the corporate interior.
Tall leafy species, mid-height shrubs, and textured groundcover are composed as living partitions, bringing natural depth and calm into the built environment. In collaborative zones, large integrated bench-planters offer both informal gathering points and visual relief, reinforcing an atmosphere of wellbeing and connection.
Meeting rooms and focused workspaces are buffered with clean black framing and subtle signage, allowing functional clarity without competing with the overall spatial serenity.

Architecturally, the Viva Wallet Brussels office is an integration of modern corporate identity with human-centered design: daylight optimization, material tactility, and nature-inspired spatial organization coalesce to support both productivity and wellbeing.
